Further to our company’s certification with the ISO-9001:2008 certificate, we have proceeded to design and implement a totally upgraded structure to incorporate TQM (Total Quality Management) that includes internal procedures and electronic systems to track and trace each shipment, from the time of its initial entrance into our service stations until its receipt by the consignee.

The new structure is supported by a National Telephone Service Center, as well as, an array of other safety procedures placed in all areas of potential trouble (Risk Management), to assist in preventing departures from procedures or bottlenecks anywhere in the system.
